Moving with Ballet
Come try a ballet class on Fridays from 1:30‐2:30 pm (No classes on February 21). Tutus are not required! Beginner friendly classes introduce basic exercises and body positions of ballet to help build strength, balance, posture, and flexibility. Modifications are welcome and you can go at your own pace. Feel free to come in comfortable clothing!
